Composite Phosphate capsules from Harald Bergengren
Composite Phosphate capsules is a dietary supplement from Sweden, consisting of various forms of the mineral phosphates. It is manufactured according to the original formula made by Harald Bergengren, Veterinary and phosphate researcher, in the 1960´s. The name of the original tablets was Montos.
The new production of phosphate capsules has been made in cooperation with specialists. Manufacturing, packaging and quality control has previously been performed by the company Nordisk Hälsokost Lindell AB. From 2016 we have changed the tablets to capsules and now the swedich company Legosan AB is in charge of manufacturing, packaging and quality control.

Dosage
Recommended intake is 6-8 capsules per day. Or by therapist recommended dosage.
The tablets are preferably taken with meals 2 times a day.
Day 1 – 3 1 x 1 capsule per day
Day 4 – 6 1 x 1 capsule morning and evening
Day 7 – 9 1 capsule morning and 1 capsule in the evening
Day 10 – 12 2 capsules in the morning and evening
The recommended dayly dose of 8 dapsules should not be exceeded.
Dietary supplements are never a substitute for a varied diet.
The capsules should be taken for at least 3 months to see the effect. (Phosphate deficiency is the result of a prolonged imbalance and cannot be put right in a short time.) If you have become better and want to continue with the capsules, you can continue with a lower dose of 2 x 2-3 tablets.
Make sure that you get enough vitamin D which is good for the absorption of phosphate.
If you suffer from reduced kidney function or any other serious illness, consult your doctor if you change your diet, for example by taking phosphate capsules.
One package bag contains 300 capsules and lasts approximately one and a half month. You should take the capsules for at least 3 months to see the effect.
