This set contains a full octave of tuning forks (C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C). When played together they create a series of overtones to help you relax and center yourself. Each interval relates to a different state of consciousness and body posture. Each interval affects your nervous system in a different way by activating specific elemental qualities.

"I discovered the healing effect of musical intervals while sitting in a completely soundproof room, resembling a sensory deprivation chamber, for five hundred hours over a period of two years and listened to the sounds of my own body. Being a trained musician I became aware of the many sounds made by my own nervous system. One day I brought two tuning forks into the chamber and tapped them together. Immediately I observed that the sound of my nervous system realigned to the sound of the tuning forks. It was then that I realized that people can be tuned like musical instruments!"
 

Instructions:

There are two ways to sound your tuning forks. The first way is to gently hold them by the stems and firmly tap the end of the tuning fork on your knees. This will create a pure tone and is excellent for deep listening. Bring the two-prong part of the forks about an inch away from each ear and listen to the quality of tone. Remember that your tuning forks are musical instruments.

The second way is to hold the tuning forks by the stems and tap them together two times to create an audible sound with overtones. This sound is good for moving around the body in the energy field. You can adjust the volume by the strength of your tap. Experiment with getting different sounds. When you move the tuning forks quickly they will create a beautiful ringing overtone.

Sound Healing with the elements

Sound healing with the elements earth, fire, water, air and ether has been practiced since ancient times and tuning forks such as the Solar Hamonic Spectrum Set, are a great tool to work with clients or with yourself and the elements. With the help of a "concert ball", you can play concerts for yourself or friends and clients. The appropriate tuning forks can be selected intuitively by the client or using the table shown below.

With one hand you hold the concert ball with the selected tuning forks, in the other hand you hold the C256 Hz earth tuning fork. With the C256 Hz earth tuning fork you alternately tap the other tuning forks held by the concert ball.

The intervals struck are ascending or descending or neutral and indicate the associated elemental qualities of earth, water, fire, air and ether. The intervals C256 and C512 (one octave) stand for the potential space, the ether.

The client intuitively chooses a combination of up to 5 tuning forks, whereby the C256 Earth tuning fork is always used to strike the other tuning forks. The sounding elements arrange themselves for the person in their individual way, as if Apollo was playing the lyre for the sound healing.

As soon as the arrangement of the elements in the person is harmonious (the person has found their center) center), the dove can soar in the athanor and the dew of heaven, the body's own endorphins are released in the body.
